Welcome to The David Code. By enrolling in or participating in our 40-Day Challenge or accessing our website and training materials, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 16 years of age to register and participate in The David Code programs. Participants aged 16 or 17 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian AND be accompanied throughout the program by an adult participant (such as a father or older brother). By ticking the age verification box during signup, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The David Code offers mentorship, physical discipline, and mindset development programs. Participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for ensuring your physical and mental fitness to engage in program activities. The David Code and its leaders accept no liability for personal injury or loss arising from voluntary participation.
All materials, including printed manuals, digital workbooks, audio content, and site branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of The David Code. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Participants are expected to maintain respect and confidentiality within cohort groups and WhatsApp communications. Harassment, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or breaching group confidentiality will result in immediate removal without refund.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
